with a 5 speed around 16 in the quarter with a auto around 17. No bolt on will get you to 15 unless you call a nitrous or supercharger kit a bolt on

Well even with all the bolt ons you still have to pull the heads and cam at a minimum. The stock cam and heads will not allow you to flow enough air to get your single port into the 14's or low 15's

expect mid 16s with a good driven manual, 17s with an auto. Your first few trips you will do worse... so just put that towards practice and live with it lol. All the bolt ons out there will not shave off that much. You might could squeeze a second off your times, still not enough for 14's

upgrade your rear end gears and it will feel like a different car, thats the BEST mod per dollar for the pre 99 v6, you will shave a half second off your car if you go to 3.73 gears.
add the other bolts ons you SHOULD be able to run a 15.7~ 16.0 or so with good driving.

Manual Stock = 16.6-7
Add .4 seconds for an automatic
