basically you need rear end bearings, the tlock bearings and the pinion gear bearing for instance. The shims should be with the gears unless they stoped that.
When you get them installed you must be very very clear to the installer, make sure they know what they are doing. You would be amazed at who can/cant install gears....
there are many factors that MUST be taken into acount you simply can not bolt them in. Get something IN WRITING that if the gears whine they must fix the issues, even if that means getting new gears (cuz once they wear in a given way they may not can be fixed)
