05 rims on an 02

friend of a friend got an 05 roush with bullit rims as he could get a better deal privately on the roush wheels(around a $3500 or $4000 option apparently). i can likely get a good deal on his bullit rims+tires but have no idea about the offset on the stock 05 bullits, and it's not listed in the rims and tries sticky. any idea about whether or not i could pop the stock 17x8's from the 05 on my 02 v6 and not have the offset cause a problem?

I belive the 05 has a slightly larger bolt pattern

correct..this subject has been discussed time after time it should be made a sticky or something haha but hes correct the offsets differant spacers would make it better. the offset of the 05 wheels are smaller then yours on the 02 so spacers work to your advantage in this case

thanks. i did actually do a search for thread names on this topic but didn't come up with any relevant results, next time i'll search the thread contents.
