Manual to Power

I dunno if this is the right section but anyway:

I am wondering how hard it is to make manual windows into power windows, because my brother has a 89 stang and he bought all new black interior and it is for power windows and it has manual stock.

Do you just have to by the motor and regulator?

Well I would assume that is all unless the tracks for it to go up are different.

PLus switches ofcourse though. :p

There are aftermarket power window kits, but I wouldn't put one of those in my car. I would try and get ahold of some doors from a wrecked stang.

if I was closer and my doors werent trying to rust on me Id trade for manual. I hate power...Unless its raining and the pass. window is down

Also tell him to look inside the door behind the door panel to see if it has a pigtail or something there to make the switch over easier, If not hes going to need a schematic and alot of patience to wire it all together.
