heat em up and SLOWLy peal them off, make sure you dont use any metal objects to pry em off... people try.... use a plastic something or just your fingers. Take your time so you dont mess the paint up. You can tape around the edge where you are prying to protect the paint also.
once off you will need to wax the area ALOT to get that glue off, takes alot of time so be prepared. Once its done it should match, but if the paint is faded on the car from poor upkeep or what not then just use rubbing compound on the area to smooth it out (only use 3m perfect it II rubbing compound thats clear coat safe)
