And like I said, a group has been running around taking rims off cars in the middle of the night, right under people's noses. These dudes are balls-ey. I'm not surprised that they have all the tools they need, and leave behind what they can afford. There are descriptions of a van and car that rolls down the street, but no one can seem to catch them.
