Im thinking of buying lower and upper intakes from http://rpm-mustangs.com/cart/home.php?cat=259 and wanted to know if anyone has bougth from here or has heard about their porting.
If i put the both ported and polished intakes do i need to upgrad injectors and fuel pump or can i just run it with the stock injectors and stock fuel pump.
what are the most common hp and tq gains and can i loose some time in my 1/4 mile

they are one of the best, mike is very good. You will have good service and a high quality product. Mike can answer any of your questions for what you will need to run your set up, just email him and see what he tells you.

OK for Ported upper and lower intakes without doing heads or cam you dont need to be reprogramming. The cars computer will make adjustments to the change in airflow. Until you get heads and a cam you wont need bigger injectors or different fuel pump, 98 was the first year the V6 had the same pump as the GT. I would also recommend what Kirk said above and use a SCT chip or tune. We have a couple of tuners who are sponsors on the forum

Yup, www.rdmotorsport.com. I would recommend just getting a chip or a flasher like the X-Cal2 unless you really want to get into your car. I have the racer package which runs for about $800, and that allows you to tune your own car, but you have to understand alot about how your car works and what everything means. It's not for the beginner really. I don't have the X-Cal on the site yet, but you can still get it through me.

honestly, ported and polished intakes w/o cam or heads is pointless. You may see 10hp, but that's about it. port the heads and you will see 20. Get a cam, and you will see another 15-20

The X-Cal2 is $350 and it will work with your car just fine.

Both are excellent companies either one would be a good choice. I used RPM but many people use SSM. It is really a toss up. Since Mikael @ RPM is a forum sponsor and a great guy he is going to get good reviews from many here.
This is something you will have to decide. I would contact both and listen to what they offer and make a decision for yourself. Either way you wont go wrong.
