turbo or supercharger

I wanted to buy a turbo or a supercharger with los psi since i dont wanna force my engine alot and without changing injectors and fuel pump is their a kit or a way to run a sc or a turbo a 4.5-6.0 psi thanks

your best bet would be the procharger 7psi kit,(you have a v6 right?) the procharger supercharger is intercooled and a chip and/or fuel upgrades arent needed but i would reccommend them to be safer and run better

but my car is a 97 v6 5spd with 115k and i dont think procharger makes a 7psi for my car only the 11 psi and thats to much vortech is 8 psi but dont wanna force my car that much because of the miles as i said less than 8 would be good

procharger makes a 9 and 11 psi kit, the 9 would be perfectly fine. You really should go procharger due to quality and you get an intercooler. The vortech does not offer this. A turbocharger is very nice but more custom fab stuff is needed aka no warranty on the stuff.

for your pre 99 car I would build the motor, in the end you would make MORE power thanthe procharger and the car would be alot better off for the long run, you can go blown later and even make more power.

(with heads/cam/intakes and a strocker you can make 250rwhp+)

with a blower dont expect to much... like 75rwhp/tq over stock... so you would be around 200rwhp.~
