Yeah its for a Cobra, why would you not do it for a Gt. I am asking becuase my buddy has a 2004 GT and he just got the BBK Throttle body for his GT, was it a waste of money?

About the only thing you're gonna gain with a throttle body is response. I will tell you this, it's gonna take a little fine tuning to get idle right if you get a single blade. I'm still messing with my billetflow so it doesn't hang at idle.
But..if you're looking for some power gains for your money I'd look elsewhere.

there is no harm at all going witha bigger throttle-body, if you ever plan on going really crazy on the mods, then no better way to start with intake and exaust, then hit up the motor with some heads&cams. the more you do to your car the more it will benifit a larger throttle-body and plenum. Don't let others tell you what to-do and not to do to ur car.

I am so glad to hear you say this...I can't get mine right either. I can knock idle down to 1000 if I bog the motor coming to a stop in gear...but idle is set for 800, not 1000.
