I don't think its any surprise that the gap between the 'vette tails in the first one immediately reminded me of this
A second glance does reveal that he is in a handicapped spot

I thought the handicap spot was for people, not the actual cars.

If I were a cop, I'd have a hard time deciding whether I should ticket the guy or not..
I mean, there are obviously some mental handicaps there, but he should have a decal.
But then again, with that truck, is a decal necessary?
