I need a complete part list that I am going to need.
It will be a T-5 and more than likely be bought used.
Other than the tranny what will I need? I have a bellhousing for a T-5 already... I assume it fits any kind right?
Other than the tranny and bellhousing what am I looking at?
It would be nice if links to where I can purchase it would be provided.
Items listed so far
Shifter
T-5
Pedal Assembly
Clutch Pressure Plate
Clutch Disk
Throw Out Bearing
Pilot Bearing
Reburn Chip for it
Clutch Cable and Assembly
Wiring Harness
Flywheel
Bellhousing
Throw Out Bearing Retainer
Where to get these items:
Quadrant, Clutch Cable and Firewall Adjuster

Reason: to have all parts listed in the first post, and make it a sticky later.

i belive it will work with any t-5 (your bellshousing) glad you are comming over to the fun side of the fence You need quite a bit, mainly wiring harness, tranny, clutch pressure plate, clutch disk, throw out bearing, pilot bearing, flywheel, manual tranny computer/chip to change settings, couple other this and thats.... there was a full kit available maybe you could get an itemized statement to what they include. If you buy used get a pre 99, and get a GOOD one.

No one has said pedal assemblies. You will look kind of foolish with a manual tranny and no clutch pedal !!!!! DOOOOOOOOOOOH!!!

i guess the gas pedal is re-usable, so a clutch and brake. or just upgrade to a whole new set of like bullitts or something.
guessing you have gears and such already? maybe get a new set and an installation kit so everything in your rear is fresh. and if you have the money go ahead and get a stage 2 clutch and happy flywheel to save time down the line of labor. do it all while its out to save a hassle.

go for aluminum flywheel, but make sure the teeth are steel.
that's the best way to ensure it'll last. you can re-surface the aluminum, but if the teeth are aluminum they can break off easily.
