The tab holding the switch panel housing (driver side) broke off and doesn't stay in so I bought a new one to replace it. I had no trouble removing the switch panel housing from the door panel but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to remove the dual side mirror control switch out of the switch panel housing. It's got two tabs that can be pushed in on the top and right side but on the left and bottom it's got two small nubs that prevent me from removing it. There's got to be something simple that I'm missing; I can't believe how much !@#$%&* time I've spent on what should've taken 5 minutes...any help is much appreciated!!!

I'm pretty sure those bumps are also tabs, or somehow act as tabs. So while you push in those two big ones, you either have to wiggle the switch out by clearing one bump at a time, or trying to push in all tabs at once and popping it out.

Thanks! I pushed down HARD with flat head screwdriver into each of the nubs with the tabs pushed in and it came right out. Now if only I can figure out how to get the door panel switch housing back into the door panel...
