its easy, pop the bottom part out by using a phillips screw driver and running it under the bottom edge. You will feel a place about 12 inches in from each side. There is a button in the front of this bump you will hit, Push in on the front and pull up on the seat, then repeat for the other side. After this the bottom part comes right out.
for the top you need to drop the back seats down, remove the 3 bolts holding the head rest in place, then you will find two bolts, one on each side, holding the top part of the back seat in, then two more on the bottom corners. After these are removed lift up and pull put and the rear seat is done.
For a convertable probably similar... but never done it.
