I've found them online for as cheap as $500. I got this one local for $560. I talked them down from $600. I paid a little extra not to have to do the FFL transfer and to just be able to pick it up.

Thats the pretty normal price. The dealer near me has one for 515 that I'm trying to keep myself from buying haha
