Goto radioshack and buy a toggle switch. Hook that up to a ground, the power to your fogs and a hot wire(like your cig lighter) and your done. Might want to look into getting an inline fuse just incase.

There is a how to I wrote around here some where.... its a pretty simple install if you have a little wiring experience. The reason I choose the driver side head light is due to the fogs will turn off when the headlights are off, and you cant leave em on... unless you leave the head lights on as well. The headlight comes out very easy.
The best thing to do is pop the driver side head light out and use a power tester to find the parking light (amber bulbs) hot wire when the parking or headlights are on. Once you find the wire that is hot when the parking lights or the head lights is on then you need to mark it since it will be the one you splice into.
Its best to use a relay, but you dont have to. Use the wire you found on the drive side head light to power the fog lights, you wont have the correct connectors to mesh with the fog lights, so go to ford and pick up some, take the fogs with you to make sure they work... cuz the ones ford had didnt work on my 03 cobra fogs.
You can make your own fog light connectors if you wish... just tape up the area good and you should be fine.
Thats about it, power the fogs from the drive side head light's amber side bulb via the wire that is hot when the parking lights or the head lights are on. Use a relay if you want to, works better, and of course have an in-line fuse with in 18 inches of the battery.
Its best to stick in a switch or use a fuse thats easy to disconnect in case you need to turn the fogs off, and keep them from comming on.
Buy red and black wire so you can keep track of hot/ground wires. Ground the fogs on the negative battery terminal or on a good chassis location.
If you need any more help feel free to buzz me here or via pm/AIM

I believe VMPtuning.com sells foglight harnesses for these types of instances if you didn't want to make your own harness.
