allright i went to my local auto store thinking they would have some good prices on o2 sensors. i told the guy all the info he needed, 99 ,V6, automatic, in front of the cats. well he wanted $50 for each one. seeing as i need two i don't want to spend $100 on something like that right now.
Is his price reasonable? Iwas expecting to get both for that price. If not what would be a good place to get them for cheaper? I don't need a top name brand, just something that works and is less expensive.

I would only put motorcraft/ford O2s in it. The aftermarket ones have weak heater circuits, they don't work right if you have LTs, and I recently saw a car with shorties that took way too long for the O2s to heat up and start working.
The Ford dealer will want $$ for them, but if you find a parts place that sells motorcraft you can get them cheaper.

100 bucks is a good bit... you can probably cut that price in half else where.

$45 for a plug in (not universal) 4 wire O2 sensor is about as good as it'll get.
