I do believe you will need a new K-member. If you go with an auto transmission I do not know about the C4 but you can probably get a T-5 manual transmission to fit in nicely. The movement of the K member may depend on what K member you go with. Chances are if you go aftermarket you can probably find a near direct replacement. Getting a K member from another model year, different model altogether, or aftermarket for different applications you will probably have to do some custom fabrication work to avoid moving the entire suspension.

Coil overs are springs over the shocks the stock springs come out and you use coil over style springs. Upr has a complete k member kit with control arms and coil overs for 700 total. Otherwise, you could get the qa1 and get the stock spring perches that let you use your stock springs with your stock a arms. Youmay be able to just buy the qa1 spring perches since you already have the kmember.

Spring perches are seperate pieces that bolt up to whee the kmember meets the frame. They are not brand specific.
As for coil overs, there is no such thing as a cheap coil over setup unless you can get them used off a wrecked car or from a buddy.

It uses stock motor mounts. If tour stockers are still good, those are fine. If you need new ones, you just need stock replacements.
Perches will only run you about $60 I believe and you can just reuse your stuck suspension parts.

150ish for the set no matter where you get them. That's aftermarket. OEM may be cheaper.
