flathead screwdriver and a BIG hammer.
naaa...... maybe a less damaging way? lol
I'm not 100% sure, but I'm assuming they are "stuck on". I'm think a heatgun might work, as long as you don't get the paint too hot. But you may want to wait for one of the more knowledgable guys to respond.

They're stuck on with some sort of adhesive AND punched through the metal. If you remove the emblem, it will leave holes in the car, so I wouldn't do it unless you're replacing it with something..
I'd use something plastic with a point to pry it up and some cleaning products (that you know are paint-safe) to get the adhesive off.

Use a heat gun or a hair dryer and heat up the emblem a bit so it's pretty warm. Warm enough to gum up/melt adhesive, use your judgment here. I've had held heat guns on spots for times so it may take some time for it to actually do anything to the paint.
When you get it heated up a little use some dental floss or fishing line and slip it between the emblem itself and the surface of the car to cut the adhesive.
To remove the gunk I like to use Goof Off (xylene) sparingly and probably a little elbow grease. I have never had luck with Goo Gone and therefore I do not recommend it.
I am not sure whether there is a guide hole in the fender but you should be prepared to either live with it, plug it up, and put something in the spot just in case when you take it off it is there. I want to say that the fender emblems have guide holes, the trunk emblem is just the emblem piece (no guide holes).

I did this to my car and replaced them with the new edge style gt emblems and Goo Gone worked real good for me. Just a little pressure prying the emblems and they come off with no issues.
