My friend and I ran our cars at the 1/8th mile strip tonight..he has a '84 300z 50th anniv. turbo...got vids, but they aren't that exciting, maybe ill post one.
My best time was 10.520 @ 68.29mph..reaction on that run was .826 (which was bad) but my best RT was .517
I am pretty happy with my times..i couldn't get traction with my open differential stock tires (which need to be replaced) and stuff but, had a lot of fun and ran 8 times 
Between me and 300z it was basically who had the better RT but I ended up taking 4 of 6 of the times we ran each other

well reaction times does not alter what time you run. What were your 60ft times?

OMG thats horrid, get some practice and you will do MUCH better... get it down to a 2.2 at least, 2.1 would be ideal. That would be like massive amounts off your time... once you get so high the .2 per tenth off your 60ft faster rule goes out the window... but I would bet you would run 10.2s at least.

^yea, that'd be nice.. my tires are horrid, im sort of trying to hold off until i can get rims.. I was spinning off the line every time pretty bad..and an 8.8 with t-lok would be nice

yea, hold off for rims... with my lift bars I pulled a 2.2 60 with out even trying... could have doen sub 2's i bet.

I run 2.0's every time. It doesn't seem to matter what I do different, it'll still be a 2.0.
Get a new gear set and a positraction differential and you'll probably shave a half second.
