the fronts wont need to come out much if at all, but the rear will of course need help. I cant tell you the perfect space on 05+ but I dont think its more than 3 inches front spaced in the back (rim width - back spacing = front spaced).
I would buy the correct ones, hubcentric, and a from a good manuf. as these will be what keeps your rims on your car lol.

I think 1" is a little much. try 1/2" or 3/4" first.

well if you find out the backspacing difference between the 04 and the 05, that's the size spacer you need.
I say this because I have 03 cobra wheels on my car and it put them to the very edge of the wheel well.

i see it in the pic.(03 cobra rims)........looks good....steeda makes a 1" as well as h+r also a 1"...so with my stock 18" rims ,the 1"wheel adapter spacer is what i am ordering...should take it close to the outside of the wheel well .....well you never are sure till you do it so...........everything on paper looks like a go...this is the adapter spacer..has 5 lugs..so the wheel will mount to this new adapter and the adapter is bolted to the original 5 lugs...

frontspacing of 3 inches on the back of 05+ is about what you want, that would be right at the limit.
