well, i balanced my wheels today at work and was looking at the treadwear on the front tires and they are starting to cup. so its time for some suspension stuff, where would be the best place to get "C" springs from, also i have heard that lowered 99-04 mustangs need fox shocks and struts. is that right? and probably get a decent set of CC plates, if i need them, or should i wait for the springs to settle first? thanks!

I bought my whole suspension from rob at rdmotorsport.com, or 97stallion on the site. Great customer service, great prices. BTW, I bought the bullit suspension kit, steeda monochromy subframes, and mm c/c plates.

why would you need fox shocks and struts? if you get a good set of shocks and struts for your car, they are designed with lowering in mind, so you dont need fox parts

if you drop more than 1.5 inches you can run fox struts/shocks (probably less than that... but no point in using fox struts/shocks unless you aer 1.5 or so~)
I would stick with 650+ front rate springs and 250-300+ rear~ The C springs fall into this area and are cheap. They dont drop a ton... more like 1.1 inches if you dont tinker with them (cutting the rear is mandatory if you want an even drop)
I would go with H&R's if i was you and wanted more than 1.1 inch drop, which ever brand make sure they have a good rate.
For shocks and struts... I would go bilstein or mach1 tokicos. For CC plates, 4 bolt mm versions are very nice and have a lifetime warranty, and offer nearly twice the adjustment of almost all other CC plates on the market.

anyone heard anything about tokicos springs??? found a shock/strut/ spring package for just under $400.
would i be able to get away with mach 1 tokico shocks/struts with H&R super sports? i found out where i read that lowered mustangs need fox s/s too, it was on MMs website.

Just so you know I'm redoing the whole site again. Prices are going to be changing as well. Like the MM C&C plates are going for 195 shipped. That's an everyday price. And the bullitt pedals are 50 shipped everyday as well.
