I will have about $1000 to spend after my birthday (which is tomorrow) and I'm not sure what I should get for my mustang next. Trying to make it a little quicker than what it is now (only have exhaust and CAI) Any ideas? Thanks -Chris

Aside from saving up another $4000 for a turbo, I would say an x-cal 2. Becuse it'll give you a little boost now and you'll need it for later if you ever do anything major that requires a tune. Or maybe gears and a t-lock. Actually that would prolly be better for now anyway.

I would skip the X-Cal for now and go with the gears and a t-lok. I have my old t-lok & 3.45 gears I removed from my old rear about a month ago for $100 shipped. That's an option for ya. I would also recommend an Underdrive puley. That'll run ya about $200 for the pulley and belt. So that's only $300, but it's gonna cost bout 300 to get the gears and t-lok installed. So you're looking at about 600 now. Well then I guess a X-Cal2 would be a good idea, since you're gonna have to calibrate your speedometer. And those run about $400 so, there ya go. I have all that stuff in stock if you would like to talk, just PM me. We can work out a deal or something.

buy a rear end, not a huge diff but the best for the money. If you have a manual or an X year auto you dont need to blow alot of money on a chip, a speed calibrator will work and is only 100 bucks~
