Ok so I've determined that I have some major electrical problems. 1st off my battery dies after the car is left alone for more than like 4 hours. 2nd the door has started chiming like its open even it if it is closed. I have no idea what the problem is and the dealership cannot find the problem with it. all they tell me is that it is my aftermarket radio causing the battery to die but when they reinstalled the factory radio it was dead just the same the following morning.

sounds like something is pulling power, you just need to figure out what. Do you have any amps in the car or anything like that?

A leap would be that the battery has degraded since. A shallow charging battery that takes deep draws or vice versa may start to sound even more plausible.
If your car thinks your door is open I'd say that's the first hint. Figure out why it is telling you so. Could be something as silly as the overhead, or trunk, or hood light is staying on. Could be the door switch is grounding, or the switch itself is defective. I say if you want to test this; leave the door open so the reminder starts to chime then with you yourself close the door switch (i.e. with you hand/finger and not the door) and see if the chime still sounds. That could indicate it's not closing properly, or grounding properly, for the door and switch respectively.

Ok so now my window instead of dropping the 1/2 inch to let the door open is now dropping 8 inches whenever the door is closed. It's like the door switch is backwards now?

As when you close the door the window drops?
Have you made sure the window track and interior assembly is sitting right/working properly?

ok a little more explanation here. normally when you open the door the window drops about 1/2 inch to keep the glass from hitting the top seal of the window and when it is closed it raises back up. now when the window is rolled all the way up with the door closed it drops down 8 or so inches (same spot every time). with the door open usually it goes up to the 1/2 inch drop spot and when closed it roll up to the top. now it rolls all the way up and hits the window seal so to close it i have to pull the plastic piece up a little to keep it from hitting but when it closes it drops down the 8 inches. its kind of like the sensor is backwards and thinks that 8 inch drop is the all the way up position.

Got the window working again. Took it to the dealership and they fixed it and explained the reprogramming sequence to me
