theres people who can pull 13.4/13.3 in a stock mach-1 who are excellent drivers so id go with a mach

Is this a standard stock 03 cobra or a cobra with the stock blower and the basic bolt ons (pulley, exhaust, CAI, tune)?
If it is stock, I would lean towards the Mach a little. If it is a bolt on 03, I would say 03 by a car or 2 or 5.
I know I went up against a CAI, 4.10s, and exhaust Mach 1 at the track and beat him handily. He had a .3 jump on me at the light and I had to get off the gas in 1st and 2nd due to bad wheel hop (2.7 60' time for me, 2.1 for him) and I drove by him at the top end and beat him by about 4 or 5 cars or so. (It is on video around here somewhere). I am basic boltons listed above running low rwhp at 434, however I am pushing about 13 lbs or so of boost.

hm in that case a blown mach-1 with a good driver vs a intake and exhaust 03 cobra could come down to a drivers race

I still think a good driver in a blown Mach 1 will take a Stock 03 Cobra with intake and exhaust hands down |

they are the same motor aren't they..just the 03 has a supercharger on it and the mach 1 doesn't. and the mach has the shaker

stock for stock the mach 1 is just about if not a tad faster with some sticky tires... the cobra IRS is holding it back of course.
