I'm not sure what tools you have handy but it should be a easy job. These are the steps according to my Haynes Manual.
1. Loosen the lug nuts put the rear of the car on jack stands if you have them, block the front wheels
2. Use a floor jack if you have one to jack under the rear housing
3. Remove the upper arm-to-rear axle pivot bolt and nut
4. Remove the upper arm-to-frame pivot bolt and nut
5. Position the leading end of the new control arm in the frame bracket install pivot bolt and nut don't fully tighten nut yet
6. Attach the other end of the control arm to the axle housing
You should be done Torque both sets of bolts/nuts to 71-97 Ft-lbs.
