basically i ran consistently from 16.4-16.7 at the track this summer. my fan didn't kick in but once in a while and the outside temp was around 90* w/ something like 80% humidity.
back then i had 45psi in the tires, short shifter, CAI, cheapo exhausto.
dropping my tire pressure, addition of gears/t-lok, and about 70* temps outside, can i realistically get my car into the 15's? (disregarding driver ability)

what are your 60fts like? your car is capable of doing mid 15s stock at the right temp and alt (with good weather of course)

going from 3.27 to 3.73 is good for about 0.3 in the 1/4 alone. Just be careful that you don't lower your tire pressure too low. You will increase rolling resistance and will slow your car down.
If anything, drop them to about 35psi in the rear and try to bump them up in the front to 45-50psi. That will decrease the rolling resistance in the fronts and allow you to hook up in the rear. If you still spin off the line due to the gears, drop the rear tire pressure no less than 25psi.
Good luck to ya
