lol, nope, I was wondering how long it would take for someone to notice. I had my trucks at my g/f's dad's friend's house b/c he has alot of space for me too keep them; he wanted a little hunting truck so he got a ranger too. He can't decide what color to paint it, haha.

The blue is so dark, in the shade you cant even tell the truck is two colors, lol.

Looks good dude. Hell if that exhaust on the other truck is still good why dont u swap that over? If its a original 40'a flowmaster it'll sounds good on a 3.0

didn't have the proper tools to get the dent out of the cab, so its with my gf's dad's friend who does body work. No inspection until next week, but atleast with the cab straight I know it will pass. the left rear rim is bent though, so I need a new chrome 7 spoke ranger wheel if anyone has one.
Atleast I have some time to go play with the mustang now (I bet you guys almost forgot I had one, haha)

no modding this truck, except a hitch and maybe keyless entry. I still got another car to paint before this one.

Thats why I told him original 40 is the best way to go with a ranger. Has the best overall tone and sound. It's nice a deep at idle and sounds good when you get on it.

This is true, but it could sound much worse. From what I hear the 3.0 sounds better then the 4.0 in the rangers.

It's what a bunch of ranger owners say on my ranger forum. 3.0 has a different sound then the 4.0. Not saying it doesn't sound good, but the tone of the 3.0 is better from what i've been told/read.
Yeah it doesn't sound bad at all. Just a lot of 4.0 ranger owners have said they like the sound the the 3.0 better.

that could also be in part to some 4.0s are OHC aint they? the 3.0s are OHV which in general has a tone I like more...like take the cats off a 5.0 and 4.6...the 4.6 sounds like ass to me without cats.
