Steering wheel emblem

Just purchased a 2008 Mustang and the paint on the steering wheel (air bag cover) badge/emblem is chipped in a few spots.

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a replacement/different badge for the area. Any/all help would be appreciated.

Also, has anyone ever removed this emblem and had it painted?

Very cool site and I'm looking forward to increasing my Mustang knowledge.

check out latemodelrestoration.com see if they currently carry paint for yours but also price using Tousley Ford Parts Depot and see about a replacement part, it might not be much.

Just spoke with a guy at Tousley and he said that the emblem is only part of the entire 'airbag package'.

Looks like I'll be headed to the local junk-yards in search of a 'new' emblem.
