Were looking at late March to hold the race next year for the southern race.

Gary(GT-EATER), is already talking to MM&FF about sending a photographer to the race for us to be put in the magazine and get more coverage.

Remember one then, you don't need the fastest car or the best looking car. We race bracket style racing and the key is constant times. Another thng is more people we get involved the more products we can get made for us, then lower prices for performance parts.

I was at the Fl race last month and had a blast. Met some people that I have been talking to on the board for years.

Like Keith said anyone can win. Our race in the Finals in Florida was very close, and he was faster than me. It's quite common for a completely stock car to win.

well guys the time has come around to start spreading the news about the 2006 ford v6 southern race. we are gonna run the same three classes. we are still working out the pay outs. but again will be real close to what it was last yr. it looks like it will be the last sunday of March. oh and we have talked the MM&FF and it looks like they will be there to cover the event. so show up and you may get your ride in a Mag.

I have 25 rooms booked for the race but if those rooms are not all booked 2 weeks before the race the rooms not booked will be automatically cancelled .

So to get our group rate you must have a room booked by March 10, 2006

Call the hotel at 229-896-3099 say that you are booking a room
for the Southern V 6 challenge and give them the group confirmation number 82262565.
You will need a credit card to book the room.

To get this special rate you must book by 3/10/2006.

Yeah I will be there with the new set up , we are working on making the racers fee much lower than it was at Steele ,so this is your chance to run on a primo track ,not to mention just having a great time .Gas prices are falling
right now so maybe we will be lucky.We need a good turn out with the prospects of MM& FF coming ,who knows you may be in there

We didn't have enought people at the FL race for a Power adder bracket class by itself. The power adder bracket and N/A bracker were combined together.

I only won due to Kirk lowering his time for some reasoning. Through out the race I kept racing my time. This was due to the temp on the track kept getting hotter and less cool down time.

It is any ones race. Another thing for thought, I raced two manuels who lost both to missing third gear.

darn it i knew this was gonna get moved. the reason i posted it in the V6 board was cause its for the V6 guys. but anyways we have set-up some rules.

the track is a NHRA Track. so NHRA rules apply. the Track offcial and one of us will be doing Tech.
i am not gonna argue whats right or whats Wrong. its up to the track. and all i can say is make sure you are legal.

Head up class- well run what you brung. .000 sportsman tree.

Power adder bracket- if you have a power adder and wanna Bracket Race. well this is the class for you. we will run a .000 sportsman tree. Racer picks the dial ins.

N/A bracket- well this class is for you N/A guys. again we will run a .000 sportsman tree. and the racer will choose his dial in

Sportsman Ladder 12 car class(all Classes to make it fun)

#5 run #11
#6 run #12

this kinda ladder will make for a better race. it will allow for more Door to Door races. which we all love.
