So far, I have divorced dual w/ MAC mufflers, 8.8 Rear end w/ t-lok & 3.73 gears, and a Diablo Predator tuner. Do you guys think it's worth it to get Longtube headers exhaust set up or just save my money?

It's really up to you. They really aren't necessary unless your stockers are cracked, or you want to replace them for a deeper tone and a slight increase in hp (maybe 1-2). Again, this is another mod full of mixed opinions. I personally don't think they are worth it when considering the amount of time and money that is necessary. A v6 is going to sound high pitched above 2k regardless of what kind of exhaust you're running.
I would probably go with the CAI as outlawfrog said, and maybe look into some suspension mods - springs, shocks/struts or subframe connectors - or save up for something else.

long tubes on your v6 will net you about 5rwhp and move your power band up a little bit, basically not worth the hassle/money on your near stock engine. If it was a built 4.2 stroker sure though.
