So i went to the other side of town this afternoon to help this girl i know with her car. it was some old toyota corolla and she had some starting issues.
to make this short i'm looking under her hood at the coroded battery terminals and all of a sudden hear these loud pop pop pop noises. a lot like fireworks actually.
i felt this pain in my leg. later on i realized it was pieces of asphalt that hit my leg.... so i'm looking around like what the hell. right behind me to the left there was a bullet lodged into the fence. so the bullet richocet (spelling?) off the ground and hit the fence post that was near me, but kicked up the asphalt before getting lodged into the fence. I was mad to say the least.the shooting was the next street over but some of the shots strayed over to the street i was on.
but yea i know lots of you are gun owners and thats fine but when a bunch of thugs go around shooting up people for no reason it pisses me off. happens all too often in that area. i know this has nothing to do with cars and is random but it's been on my mind all day.

Guns don't kill or hurt people, the dumbasses who try to use them do. Me and my friends shoot guns on an almost daily basis and none of us have been injured at all.

You should be there in the summer time when everyone is out of school and has nothing to do. at least 3 nights a week there are shootings that i hear.
it used to be the murder capital of the U.S. back in the mid 90's i believe. it's rare that i go over there anymore. today i just wanted to help a friend but i'm staying away for a while. it did kinda shake me up though. i guess thats why i had to get it out of my mind.

H&K, not to bad man, that 9mm? Can't tell by the pic, but it looks like it.
I'm thinking...get ahold of a .45 1911, then a glock 10mm, then a good target pistol.

i don't know. some dealer was probably selling on their street or something. to them that's money that their losing so in their mind it's better to do the shooting first then get shot. their version of self defense. i know this sounds like something out of a gangsta movie but it's the real deal. what color of clothes you're wearing, what car you have, how you look at someone, all that stuff matters on the street where i was helping my friend. it's sad and makes me greatful to grow up in a better environment.

After shooting some 200 pistols this has become my favorite now it is the Springfield Tatical 405 XD .40 cal

I will bet that I am the only one here that just wants a good old-school brace of flintlock dueling pistols. Anywhere from .58-.62 would be nice.
Modern firearms bore me, too easy.

You can get some small handguns, I don’t know.... I’m so conflicted when it comes to guns. I like to shoot them, but I think they are way too dangerous to be proliferated in the United States like they are.

Dude why worry about proliferation now!!!! that is like worry about to many babies being born in 1960!!! There are 223,000,000 guns in US households already. That number should make you wet your pants!!!! MUHAHAHHAHHAHA

46,000 die each year in automobile accidents each year
Much more dangerous to go to the local store and be killed in a car accident than be shot in a criminal act.
