Well this will be my officcial turbo thread. I'll update as I get things in and installed.
Already in my sweaty palms: 39 lb fuel injectors, MAF Extender, Vac/Boost and air/fuel gauge w/pillar, 300 lph fuel pump, custom 3.8 "TURBOCHARGED" emblems, Detroit Tru-Trac T-lock. On order: Actual turbo kit.
Schedule:
January: Hopefully begin the install, but may have to wait until February now, order Spearco intercooler, tune.
Will have to run a little higher than 10 psi to achieve my goal of 350rwhp! 
Any questions, comments, suggestions are welcome. As I said before, I'll be using this thread for all updates on the project.

What calendar is Januray on?

Without forging, the stock internals are good for about 11psi (safe min) 12 (IMO, unsafe max).
I'm not gonna be that hard on it. Take it to the track once maybe twice and the occasional hwy fun.

im with brent and 232, engine go boom , definitely wouldnt trust anymore then 5psi.. thats why andy makes the 4.4kit for stock 3.8s

Yeah, I definately would like a Spearco, but I don't think I can afford it right now. Maybe as a future upgrade tho...
As far as what it'll handle: tell that to the about a dozen or so folks he's already made kits for. Trust me, this car is my daily driver and will be for a long time, I wouldn't be doing any of this if I wasn't positive it was safe by what they're telling me and by the success others have had.
The 4.4psi "street kit" is meant for those that don't want the additional cost and hassle of buying/installing the fuel upgrades for more psi (which I will be doing). It can also be turned up to 10psi for those that want to upgrade fuel components later on (when they realize 4psi isn't good enough)
Don't make me post links and bring the turbo heavyweights in here.

Well good luck man, I can't really put any input in cause I havent really researched boosting cars yet. All I can say is, trust the experts. If they say it'll be fine ith a good tune and the fuel upgrades than maybe it will.
Just count on things breaking alot.
