Installing Foglights on a 95 3.8L

I have a '95 3.8L and I have just installed foglights, they are in the holes they need to be in via a home-made bracket (couldn't find any real ones, Ford stopped making them), and my car is max-wired, so there are already wires running to wear the foglights need to be. I have plugged those wires into the foglights. Now since the wires merge with the headlight wires and run back into the distribution box, I figured all I had to do now was turn on my headlights and they would come on, but to no avail. So I opened the distribution box, and saw that there was a place for a foglamp relay to be plugged in, so I bought one, and I thought all my problems were solved. So much for that idea. They still don't come on and I don't know why. I don't know how I can run a switch with them or anything because they merge into a whole bunch of other headlight wires. I can't find any good articles online about how to install foglights on a max-wired 94-95 V6... Can anyone PLEASE help me figure out why they aren't turning on. Thanks

There is a factory foglight switch that goes somewhere....I forget where on a 94-95, but that is what you are going to need. It will plug right in and light right up after that, you seem to have everything else out of the way.
