the only mufflers i've had with my H pipe have been dynomax and flowmaster 40 series. dynomax were in no way a "roar".
I currently have the flowmasters dumped before my rear axle so it's a lot louder in my ear. However on the freeway it's a loud drone and if someone was talking to me i wouldn't hear them very well.

A 6 is hard to make it roar. I've heard some good exhaust systems but they also had a cam that complimented them as well. do some research before choosing a set up. It really pays off to be patient and to not have to do things twice.

magnaflow and mac are the 2 best ones that i have personally heard on a v6. best thing to do is try to find vids or sound clips and just listen to the diff. types.

I own the magnaflow exhaust for the V6. Sounds great. It's mellow in normal driving but if you rev it or hit the gas hard it has a really nice sound to it.

I have the exhaust off an 03 mach 1 at the moment, looking at going with a set of flowtech afterburners, emagdnim has them.

everyone has their own opinion on what is best.... you need to determine if you want mellow toned (best for v6) or a louder exhaust then go wtih a muffler that does that.
