i guess it depends on the driving you do. i bought the bullitt suspension package and am liking it so far. It's not a harsh ride like people say the "C" springs can be.
with a 1.5" drop you may need cc plates. i asked similar questions not too long ago and some people end up needing them and others don't.
Try researching other springs cuz i know you can get the drop you're looking for cheaper.
www.rdmotorsport.com has some nice package deals and if you want something he doesn't have he can probably get it for you.

Are you intent on getting those springs? And yeh...anything around 1.5, you might need c/c plates. My car is right around 1.5 dropped on the front, and I definitely needed c/c plates.
But I have C springs, the same that dude above has. I love em, and the drop is pretty nice.

i'm not stuck on those springs i just want the biggest drop without having to get cc plates. they are really expensive and i wouldn't be able to buy them for like 6 months cause of all the money i have spent lately on my car. i heard that c-springs gave a bad ride though.

If you wanna tote around mirrors and vases in your car, maybe not. But if you love to drive a car you can feel and know exactly what your car is doing, then I like a slightly rough ride. I have c-springs, cut coil in the rear, and I don't hear complaints from passengers.
No C/C plates yet, but I need them pretty badly.

Well, if you are wanting a smoother ride than c springs, you might want to look into ford b springs, I believe they are a touch softer, but they might not give you the same drop.

you do not have to get anything, but at 1.5 inches your stock shocks/struts are going to go soon, so be saving up for them or get them while you are at it (get the ones for lowered stangs (mach 1 tokicos are set up for 1.5 inches~)
then you will need a set of CC plates eventually... i would get them when the springs go on if you drop it more than 1.1 inches. (i would even then but thats just me)
you can get any brand you wish but mm's cc plates are amazing and work great

200 bucks for cc plates but they are the best on the market for adjustability, you can go cheaper and perhaps get some that will adjust you but thats a risk you have to take.

yeah i think i am just going to go with the h&r's and add some isolators, so it raises it just enough where i don't need cc plates.

there's several other name brands that are cheaper and provide just as good of quality. find a spring rate you want and the maximum drop and go from there. take a look at the ford "b" or "c" springs. you can find them from $140-$190...... The H&R are going to be just as rough if not worse then the C springs.
Right now i have the tokico shocks and c springs on my rear and it handles like a sportscar should. when i have time i'm going to do the front and put in the rear swaybar and it should be even better. It's not harsh at all and takes corners like a pro.

I have C springs, and my car is right around 1.5 inches. I also have MM 4 way adj c/c plates, tokico s/s, bullitt front and rear sways, and steeda subframes. They will drop your car that far if you want.

I cut 1/2 coil off back and 3/4 off front. I def needed c/c plates however. But..what you can do, is get the c springs, and run them without being cut for a little while until you can afford c/c plates, then cut your springs. Without cutting them you will get right around 1 inch to 1 1/4 inch drop in the front.
