Lighting issue - driver side only

I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with the lighting on the driver's side of my car. I have a 97 V6. The headlight is very dim, which I though was simply the bulb wearing out. I replaced it with a new silverstar bulb and it is still dim. In addition, the turn signal on the left side flashes much faster than the right - as if a bulb had burned out, but none are actually out.

Any thoughts?

Check your headlight ground. Make sure it is making good contact to the ground point. You may want to unbolt the ground and clean the wire and frame with a wire brush. That might help your "brown out" situation.

usually when our turn signals flash quickly it means one of the bulbs is about to go out.

yea, check all the bulbs, even the brake lights. Push the brake and check em and check the turn signals. Finally check the back tail lights when the headlights are on. Check teh ground wires of course.
