This summer, I will probably begin building my new engine and I want to be prepared, so does anyone have any tips for me? My goal is 500 hp and it's going to be a 351W with a big stroker kit (probably 392 or 427) For heads I am thinking Ford Racing GT-40X or Roush 200 Series. What compression should I have? Can I use the intake manifold from my 302? What other stuff can I take from my 302? How much will it cost to have the block bored .030" and any other mods that will need to be done to the block for the stroker kit?
