a cai or exhaust (if cat back) should not trip any lights, do you have your cats or were they removed as well?

You could have an 02 sensor gone bad, how many miles are on the car?

Yes, I know, but I was trying to remember what bank 2 lean code stands for. I thought it was the 02 sensors reading wrong. Maybe I'm wrong.

90% of the time its the o2 sensor. I would change your o2 sensor. they usually run about 60-70 dollars. a car with that many miles, i would expect your o2 sensors to go. just change them out and if the engine light still comes on just go somewhere and get it cleared. Advance auto parts CAN clear codes sort of. they get up the screen to to point where you have to press the delete button because it's a liability thing. if it was the o2 sensors the check engine light won't come on again. if it wasn't the o2 sensor it will come on again.

I don't know what your problem is, but would like to know. I have the same problem with a 96 v6 with duals.

We erased the fault codes and drove about 2 miles. The same fault came back. We got two faults. Both were bank 2 lean.
