Hello friends
I am finnaly getting my dual exhaust and I am looking for mufflers. I want something that sounds nice but it is not too loud. I don't want a lot of drone inside the car. What mufflers do u guys recomend?
Also anyone know where I can buy a pair of good quality stainless steel tail pipes?
Thanks

Anyone know how magnapacks sound on a v6??? I have my GTcatback here with magnapacks welded on. I know on my GT, with cats, they were nice and throaty, and very very quiet once you get to a cruising speed. w/o cats... waking the dead, and still quiet cruisng

OEM gt mufflers, flowmasters (40 series) or magnaflows. All but the first will be louder than most like at times~ I enjoy mine, it sounds different than others and I have no idea why.

i have dual 40's on my 6 but i have heard borla's on a 6 along with magnapacks and both sound very nice as well think i am kind of nostalgic when it comes to the muscle car tone and the love for flow masters comes in but know matter what you add get a set of headers you will love the added sound and the car does not get any louder at cruising speed.
merry x-mas everyone drive safe!

I had the magnapacks on my car for about 4 months... then slid off the road, and damaged some of the other exhaust, so the entire thing had to be redone... and I went straight pipe. They are 2.5". They've been off my car for about 8 months.

We've heard them all, with cats and without, h-pipes, and x-pipes, etc. We think shorty headers, off-road h-pipe, Borla Pro-XS mufflers with turn downs is the best V6 sound.
