Part 2: Painted matchbox sized edge(color matched)

So I attempted painting and well...it didn't come out as I hoped so i'll have to try again. Before I sand it back down I might try giving it another coat or so to see if it will stick to the places it didn't. This however will give you an idea of what is to come with it.

the trick to painting is preparation and taking your time MASSIVE amounts of time.

Yeah I primed it without sanding down the old paint which might be the problem. However I think I might try and put another coat on before going to the hassle of sanding it down. I'm thinking since there is paint on it now it might get the spots that wouldn't hold paint.

try prepping the whole thing with rubbing alcohol to take all the original paint off.

the spots wont hold paint no matter how many coats, theres crap on there thats not letting the paint stick. just sand it down and try again would like 10x better
