Well i finally scrounged up enough money to buy some gears and t-lok and i'm having them put in next week. It's kinda like a B-day present since my Bday is next sunday! whoo-hoo! But anyway, what are some times you guys are running with your gears and t-lok, and what kind of 1/4 mile time did run before and after. i'm so dang excited to have these put in!!

if you got 3.73s for your 2002, you should see about a .3 gain. if you got 4.10s, then you should see about .4 gain in your 1/4 times.
tell us when you get them installed and how you like them. be sure not to floor it and drive crazy right after you get them. then need time to heat up and cool off (expand and contract) a couple times before they are meshed perfectly

with 1000 miles on the odo I ran a 14.6 with a stock GT, after 3.73 went in, I have mastered a best of 14.1, with exhaust and pulleys and shitty track/tires I have ran a 13.9 @101 mph and dont get me started on the nitrous and luck of traction. Come spring I will be packing some rubber, since the wife has her SUV, i don't need to worry about breaking things

if you do alot of city driving expect better gas milage and you will need a speedcal unit to fix the speedo if your year car and tranny apply.

Where did you get your gears and t-lok. I want to get a pair but I am not sure where the best and cheapest place is. I want to buy off someone in the forum but I always come up short on the deadline and they are already sold.

Go to a rear end specialist. They will beable to install the gears and t-lok correctly. They have to be installed correctly otherwise you can run into problems, noises, vibrations etc.
