I was driving on 181 and my 3rd gear went out...so shifted to 4th and keep goin......turns out that 1,2,3,5 and Reverse all went out...

So I am looking for a T-56 for 5.0 or a T-5 for possible trade and/or cash$$$
Or a rebuild kit(I don't know if it'll help me or not)

i would buy a new tranny, NON t56. You can get a T-5 for cheap cheap, check www.stangparts.com , www.ebay.com , local junk yards , www.downsford.com , and www.gefracing.com

finally check with D&D they are very good and have many many trannys to choose from (google them D&D mustang transmissions or something, they are advertised in mm&ff)
