you will need to get good at driving and have good conditions along with shave a second off your car.
Gears/Tlok .3
CAI .1
Exhaust .1
UDP .1
Tune .1
thats most with bolt ons~ you can port/polish the intakes and gain a bit more and those numbers are just speculation~ the mods work better together and all of that crap.... you should be able to shave .6 to .7 off your car with all the bolt ons, my old v6 should have been around a 14.714.9 and I had all that was listed all listed above as well as an aluminum driveshaft (no tune though)

No way in hell. Sorry, but unless you juice it, add a supercharger, turbocharger, or do some drastic engine work...14's are outa reach.

With just the standard bolt ons? Do tell. How would this happen? Get towed by a z06 Vette? or a Ford GT???

what about with cams? does anyone think of that as a bolt on? he might as well if he would get:
p/p intake and exhaust
cams
and the rest of the list that spectorv listed, what would he be able to run. tackier tires would help with his 60'.
What would he run?
im doing that with my car, but Im also going to be getting a 11 psi procharger turbo kit, what would I be running and him. I was looking into low-high 13s

Ported heads & intakes & the right cam would put you in the 13's easy.

Dont dare expect to slap on a few bolt ons and go run mid 14s, it takes time to get good and learn the car in order to push it to its limits. Stock you will probably see 16s~ on average just the way it goes.
