Upper and Lower Control Arms for added stability.
Subframe connectors and a Strut tower brace, but those are completly optional because the 99+'s have a more sturdy body design.

The sway bar will be fine. Tokico Shocks and struts are very good I have ot heard about there springs but that would probably be OK . But actually you could save a 100 bucks or more and get ford C springs for $109 and Bullitt Tokico shocks and struts for $180 from FPN

C springs will lower your car 1.25. Your car is heavier being a convert so it could be a tad more drop

c springs gave me 1.3 front and .25 rear with half coil on rear cut. I think you will get a nice drop the rear will be lower but you can adjust the springs for the perfect drop so the front and rear match.

I'm not sure about the upper and lower control arms, those will probably be my next suspension mod... but the subframe connectors I got (with the cross braces) were probably one the the best mods I've done to my car to date. Night and Day kinda difference.
The strut tower brace I used to have was alright... but be careful when buying one, you wanna make sure to get one that offers you the absolute most engine clearance... I'm pretty sure the one from MM is the best (I had the Steeda and had to remove it when I got my spacers).

My Steeda brace barely clears my C&L power pipe, I have spacers too.
