U Fold First,
Is that the original interior or repop? It looks great and I'd love to have one like that for my '92 GT. Your car is very cool. You'd love driving it through the Smokies up here in the Fall.

Whistler,
Is the GTS the one with the roll up windows? That is one clean car and, no doubt, will move!

You Fold First.
I have an '89 steering wheel with everything but the little Ford emblem that goes in the center cap. It's perfectly clean, otherwise.
I put an '89 column in my 1992 to get the tilt. Then found a Momo wheel for $7.00 in, of all places, an antique shop. I took the little emblem off to put on the Momo wheel.
It can leave Tennessee for Texas for $25.00 plus shipping. I'll take some pictures and post them in the classifieds if you are interested.

u fold first, AWESOME car! my 89 was that color, I loved it to death.. 189k miles and it could sit for months at a time, and fire up without a hitch every single time, still purred no doubt.
Enjoy the cruise!

I don't have a stng wheel puller, so I'd have to pick one up when it's time.

I prefer the brighter red, but the dark red really pops and shines after a fresh polish... turns heads like CRAZY even in a high Mustang populated area.

I bought one for 19.95 since I don't use it much. However, most places like O'Riely's, Auto Zone, etc. will loan you one for free. When you're done just take it back.
Just my thought.

I just pick up a 1990 GT Hatchback Oxford White with black interior early this month.
It has BBK long tube headers, short throw shifter, 3.73 rear end, and cherry bomb glasspacks. Still adding more just haven't yet. It has a cracked driver's gt taillight, does anyone know where I could get a replacement?

I sold this car a few years back and wished I still had it... Its a 91 GT that I found sittin in a barn and the tags was 3 years out of date. It was a older man that had the car and I offered to buy it. He said he would sell it for $7k but I offered to give him $5k. He said he would think about it and I gave him my business card. He called about a week later and I picked it up the next day. It just needed a good cleaning and some new tires. Less than a year after having the car I put some gt40 heads, shorty headers, a small 8psi powerdyne blower on it, and my Kentucky blue stripes. I sold the car for $7,500 in 2007 and kept the blower and heads. I am not sure why but the man that bought it off me just wanted a stock 5.0 but anyway here is some pics.

my old 1990 stang:

306, bcam, msd, pullies, exhaust, cold air, tremec 3550, centerforce....
kept all the parts, and stripped the body to fix this one:

cold air, exhaust, world class T5, Cobra R wheels, and hood, disc brakes all around, 373's
Want to build upon the 306 for now, and put stock 5.0 from 91 in storage. First I will put sport suspension on it to lower a bit, and improve hook, and handle.
I have a thread started stating was thinking of Steeda suspension, but open to opinions:
Steeda vs. Maximum Motorsports vs. any/all others suspension

.Replaced the driver side window ( I shattered it )
.Fixed the passenger side door lock
.New light bulbs for the whole 6 clear light assembly
And thats just about all ive done to it myself. Since I got a job now im going to start saving up for some bolt-ons, as of right now the engine is bone stock other then the timing advanced a couple degrees.
I've had the car for almost 2 years now and not one thing wrong with the motor or really anything for that matter... people always going around sayin my ford is always in the shop blah blah blah... bullshit.

I have a full Stage I (they called it at the time I bought it) Steeda suspension under my 2002 GT. It has strut brace, caster camber plates, springs, additional rear sway bar, KYB Adjustable struts & Shocks. To me it handles like a slot car (if anyone remembers what they were) or a go-kart. I've used a lot of Steeda parts over the years and find them to be first rate for me.

The whole reason how/why i found this site: I've always loved this body style and the 302. I found the car while looking at another 94 gt but in white. i bought it with 76500 on it and love it. very clean inside and out, nothing done to it yet, planning on exhaust and some minor engine stuff.

Original owner of a 92 LX Hatchback, Teal green.
I lived in a townhouse for quite a long time, and they only allowed only 2 cars so in 2005 when we bought a third vehicle, the stang started it's hibernation. I also worked from home for almost 9 years, so there's only about 78k miles on it right now.
SO - just started the "tinkering"! It's officially the "toy" now as we have moved into a house about half a year ago.
All stock to start except flowmasters and a K&N air filter.
In the process of installing a full exhaust (BBK headers, BBK mid pipe, Magnaflow Cat back), mass air system (BBK), new front brakes, replacement hatchback lifts, replacement headlights, and MOST importantly, the vinyl cup holder replacement for the ashtray slot! Haha!
Gears will follow soon (3.73) and am going to lower the car (Eibach).
Started my "paintjob" fund...

I have a blue auto 91 gt I bought it for 1,500 with a shot transmission and the fan in the engine was to big. I have replaced the two and now im trying to put some more money into it. I need to fix the door locks and fix up the body becuase the previous owner lived in arizona and did not keep good care of it. It either has 51,000 or 151,000 miles but still runs pretty well. Im new to cars this one only being my second but i am not determined to fix it up.
