Ok, I just got off the phone with Excessive, need to go pick up the car now. But they did tell me what the final number was for SAE after the X pipe:
+2 RWHP SAE
There you go, a whopping 2HP. My contribution to the mustang community. LOL.

yea they dont really do much of anything but promote more noise out the back, not until you start getting heavy into the mods at least.

So you get just the same output with the y Pipe as the X pipe?

2 HP is a statistical no gain/no loss. So many varibles contribute to such a small gain. Ambient air temp at each run or engine temp at each run could cause that difference. Now if you had said over a 5-10 RWHP difference then you would be closer to having a Real World Gain. But the fact is 2hp is inside of the + and - varible of a dyno.

That makes perfect since but I still feel
lol Its better than a Y pipe, commen sence will tell you that by looking at the 2. It just personal prefference also. We could talk about this all day, everybody gets all technical when going to duals. With me, why would you want to cram all the exhaust gases coming from 2 pipes into 1. Im tired of all this "you'll loose back pressure/low end TQ" ish. Now I don't know about Auto's but my manual did not loose any low end TQ from what I feel. Yea its a little gain (IF ANY) but it gives it better flow of air so it would be worth changing out the y pipe to me.

So what else does the rest of it consist of? 2 stock muffs?
What tube sizes do you have b4 and after?

Stocke 2.25 before the cats, magnaflow 2.5 inch tubes after the cats and X. Magnaflow magnapack mufflers. Before setup was the exact same, except it was the Y instead of the X.
My MRT's arrived, and I will be switching out my magnapacks with those. I may or may not do a dyno. Not sure.
