My heater scuks in fumes when I turn on the heater

Even cold morning, I can not turn on my heater. whenever turn on the heater, fumes(exahust gas) get into the inside of my car (mostly waiting stop light or heavy traffic). When I'm driving few cars on the free way, the fume do not get into the inside through the duct or something.

Anyone know that do I need some sort of filter for the heater duct or some place to prevent that thing?

No, My car is V6 bone stock automatic excpet wheels and tires.
