OK heres the problem........i have milled gt40p heads(making 10.5:1) and im buying some RHS heads....will i have to change anything ie the pushrod length????

I'd always check pushrod geometry and P/V clearance. no matter what. You never know, I seen some weird stuff happen.

with new heads I'd check clearance either way.. I've also seen weird things will the new heads come as a complete assembly?
