and i'm very excited. Now being out on my own and not having my dogs or cat around has seemed to leave a bit of emptiness around and just doesn't quite feel like "home". Ever since I was 5 we've had an animal around so i've gotten very use to it. Now i'm living with my fiancee and a friend of ours and I really wanted to get a dog, but our friend doesn't want one in the apartment. So I had just about given up on having a pet untill I called my fiancee and said she should see if a cat would be cool and she said yes. So sometime this month me and my fiancee will be going to get OUR first pet.
Our next pet will end up being a full blood husky. We have talked about it and thats my dream dog to have. So once we have our own place in a year i'll finally get to have the dog i've always wanted.

i dont like cats. jenny's grandmother had like 15 of them (they wouldnt stop comming around) but now she has 6~ still far to many.

i like dogs more now since my family got a golden labrador retriever, but i do love cats (especially kittens) also. enjoy it while it lasts as a kitten because their personality will change completely as they grow up.

I've hated cats ever since I had freshly painted my old '91 GT convertible (Bright Red) and a cat jumped up on the fender that night. It left a big cat paw scratch mark on my passenger fender that wouldn't buff out.
I've never actually seen one of them jump on my car (my neighbor has like 6 of 'em), but I can imagine they do. I seriously doubt that one occasion was a one-time offense, it's just the only time they scratched it noticably.
I'll feel sorry for the little thing if I ever actually catch one in the act. |

I like cats...as long as they don't live in my house. They sharpen their claws on everything, they may decide to piss on everything, they may make your allergies go insane, they will bring (almost) dead animals into your house. I love them to death...as long as they're at my parents' house.

i hate kittens, i love cats though. i miss my cat, jake, all black. when i came into the room and looked at him, and if he was sleeping and would wake up and raise his head to see if it was me, i could do the "head nod" to like we do to say "wassap" without saying it, and he would return the favor, do the little head nod and then go back to sleep. thing that sucked, is he was black, and so was my comforter at the time, and they were both exactly the same kinda furry coating, i used to sit down and realize i sat on the cat. he learned not to sleep on edges of the bed and sleep towards the center.
