I have a set of 2003 Cobra (17X9) (17X10.5) wheels and tires. Perfect condition, no curb rashes... Kumho supra 711 tires on front, Sumitomo Htr Z rear tires- all in great condition with less than 2000 miles; used late last summer only and stored during winter. No burn outs on these tires, my car cant even do a burnout..
If interested send me a PM
I really cant go lower than 890$ for the immaculate set< everything is almost brand new

If they were stockers...you could just clean them with brake cleaner and they would become chrome...I don't know if the aftermarkets are chrome under the painted finish or not though.

EDIT: After reading through the whole thread...if you do it to stock painted rims, they come out as a more polished rim. The rims in the pic are factory chrome rims which ford paints the back side of for some reason.
Anyhow...here is the thread and a before and after of someone's rim.
